本公司亦正或將致力於詳實調查供應鏈確保: 金、鉭、鎢、錫、鈷、雲母、銅、鎳、石墨、鋰 這類材料並非透過無政府軍團或非法集團，由剛果民主共和國衝突區域之礦區開採或是循非法走私途徑取得。

此外，下列國家出口之金屬皆不符合「無衝突規範」：

剛果民主共和國(DRC)、盧安達(Rwanda)、烏干達(Uganda)、蒲隆地(Burundi)、坦尚尼亞(Tanzania)、肯亞(Kenya)

（聯合國安全理事會認定上述國家皆為剛果礦脈之礦產）。

本公司保證任何出售於客戶之產品所含金屬皆符合無衝突規範(DRC Conflict-Free)

本公司特此制定『衝突礦物政策』，而且使用以下承諾：

• 不購買從衝突地區來的衝突礦物。
• 要求供應商拒絕使用從衝突地區來的衝突礦物，及簽署無衝突礦產承諾書給本公司。
• 要求本公司的供應商需管理其上游及下游供應商，必須要遵循無衝突礦物的要求。
• 盡本公司的最大努力對物料來源，拒絕使用從衝突地區來的衝突礦物。

The company is also currently or will endeavor to conduct thorough investigations into the supply chain to ensure that gold 、 tantalum 、 tungsten 、 tin 、 cobalt、 mica 、Copper、Nickel、Graphite、Lithium and similar metals are not sourced through armed groups or illegal organizations, either mined from conflict areas of the Democratic Republic of the Congo or obtained through illegal smuggling routes.

Furthermore, the following countries' exported metals do not comply with the "conflict-free standards":

Democratic Republic of the Congo (DRC), Rwanda, Uganda, Burundi, Tanzania, Kenya

(As recognized by the United Nations Security Council as countries with minerals originating from Congolese mines).

The company guarantees that any products sold to customers containing metals comply with the DRC Conflict-Free standards.

The company hereby establishes a "Conflict Minerals Policy" and commits to the following:

* Not purchasing conflict minerals from conflict regions.

* Requiring suppliers to refuse the use of conflict minerals from conflict regions and to sign a commitment to conflict-free minerals for the company.

* Requiring the company's suppliers to manage their upstream and downstream suppliers, ensuring compliance with conflict-free mineral requirements.

* Making the utmost effort to trace materials to their sources and reject the use of conflict minerals from conflict regions.
